Taunton Culinary Tiger Cafe

The Culinary Arts program at Taunton High School offers students a dynamic, hands-on education in the art and science of cooking. Through a blend of classroom instruction and practical experience, students explore culinary fundamentals, baking and pastry arts, food safety, and hospitality management.

 

As part of the curriculum, students gain real-world experience through internships in local restaurants and food service operations through the Tiger Cafe. They also have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized credentials, including ProStart and ServSafe certifications, preparing them for immediate entry into the workforce or further education in the culinary field.
